Your property will receive maximum exposure 24 hours a day, seven days a week, reaching a huge number of potential tenants.

Tenant Selection

We are diligent in our selection of tenants with thorough checks on all information provided on tenancy applications. As members of the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia we are able to check on current as well as past tenancies. We will not accept any tenant who does not meet our strict selection criteria.

Once a satisfactory tenant has been approved for your property we arrange the preparation and signing of the Residential Tenancy Agreement and the lodgement of the Rental Bond in accordance with statutory requirements. Before the agreement is signed we carry out a detailed condition report of the property to be included with the agreement.

We provide tenants with a Fact Sheet before the signing of lease to ensure they fully understand their obligations.

Rent collection and Reporting

Regular reports are produced detailing any tenants who have missed a payment or are behind in rent.
Tenants who are behind are contacted immediately and most respond quickly to our reminder letters, phone calls and SMS messages.
Due to our arrears being closely monitored it is a rare occurrence for us to have to
take further action at the Tenancy Tribunal.

Payment Methods

We provide all our tenants with hassle free methods for rental payment. Tenants can pay rent directly over the Internet, by the DEFT payment system, by phone or by BPay. Rent can be paid seven days a week, 24 hours a day.


Each month we prepare and forward you a Statement of Account for your property.

These statements detail the rent collected and any disbursements made on your behalf, together with any other expenditure as itemised in your Management Agency Agreement.

Funds are transferred to your nominated bank account on the last Tuesday of each month. In December we account to you earlier so that your funds are in your account before the Christmas Holidays.

Annual Financial Statement

At the end of each financial year we can provide you with an Annual Financial Summary for your property.
