After my renovation of the house your suggestion that the house was rented as a 2 bedroom property proved to be very wise and the tenants you recommended looked after the house well and I had very few problems. I bought a house in Dulwich Hill. At first I let the house out and collected the rent myself. I realised that it would be more beneficial to have a company manage my property. Having known Julie Thoms for many years I contacted her to see if bentons would take over the management.
Julie introduced me to Shane Torpy who took over the management of the property. Shane informed me of the tenants that he intended to contract and explained the thorough search he had done on the proposed tenant. He allowed me to make the final decision, rejecting if I was not happy with his proposal. Changing tenants occurred on a number of occasions and I was very happy with the way he involved me in those changes.
Throughout the time of their involvement on the management side I received regular updates on the condition of the house.
