Notice of termination of lease
To terminate your lease you must submit the appropriate termination notice form.
To end a ‘fixed term agreement’ you must give fourteen (14) days signed written notice before the lease expiry date. To end a ‘continuing agreement you must give twenty one (21) days signed written notice.
Complete and sign the termination lease notice and fax to 9560 4086. All tenants on the lease must sign the notice.
