Statements
Each month we prepare and forward you a Statement of Account, either by post or email, for your property. Funds are transferred electronically to your bank account. These statements detail the rent collected and any disbursements made on your behalf together with any other expenditure as itemised in your Management Agency Agreement.
Annual Financial Statement
At the end of each financial year we can provide you with an Annual Financial Summary for your property. These can also be provided to your accountant.
